People suffering from various health problems due to malfunction or near breakdown of important organs like kidney, liver, pancreas, heart, lungs, etc. should practice for a minimum period of 2 weeks, and follow a disciplined life.

Prescription

  1. For people with minor health problems: 5-8 glasses of vegetable juice and 6-8 glasses of cereal meal per day.
  2. For suffering from malfunction of one or more of the organs mentioned before: 15 glasses of vegetable juice and 12 glasses of cereal meal per day.
  3. For people with serious problems or near breakdown of one or more organs: more than 15 glasses of vegetable juice and as many glasses of cereal meal as possible per day.

  2. Exercise regularly(4.30 to 5.00/5.30 am)
  3. Go to toilet for emptying bowels before 7.00 am
  4. Go to bed regularly(9.00 pm)
  5. Avoid tension, over-work, bad-temper, TV and other modern entertainments. Relax and look at the bright side of things. Involve in healthy hobbies and read good books. Maintain sobriety of mind and spirit by the practice of meditation, etc.
